The first time I realized that I had an ability to draw was around 5th or 6th grade. I remember doodling on a piece of paper right above the linear lines of the notebook. I always wished for the ability to draw but simply didn’t realize I had it in me. I drew a face and it looked more realistic than I expected. From that point on I continued to draw.
During high school I took a lot of Art classes. In Junior year I became the Art Director for the Hudson Catholic year book and then Editor-In-Chief my Senior year. From that point on I knew I wanted to do something related to Art and Design.
I later graduated from NJCU with a BA in Communication Design with a Concentration on Illustration. The journey to become a better Illustrator continues to be my life work.
